The Data Programme focuses on the development of new innovative ways to collect and analyse Lymphoedema Wales Clinical Network data. The Programme has been developed to establish effective and efficient ways to digitise LWCN in the near future and works closely with Finance Delivery Unit and Digital Health and Care Wales to determine Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) methods and development of a new All-Wales Patient Administration System specific to LWCN.
